Birddog Level 3
This progression is great to add as a challenge for the core between your main exercises. It is great for the person who has felt that the birddog is too easy. With the added band, the body has to work on keeping appropriate flexor to extensor tone in order to keep spine neutral. As a personal trainer you may find that plucking the band to add perturbations may make this already difficult workout even more difficult!
