Trunk Rotations

Trunk rotations are used to encourage the T-Spine to be more mobile. This is meant to be done gracefully instead of forcefully. We relax the arms and have the core musculature slow down the movement and reaccelerate it in the other direction. It looks silly but feels amazing.
