Increasing solution space to help with movement

Solution Space, simply put, is the body’s ability to compensate for the (un)predictability of the body, the task, and the environment. Increasing this will create a healthy body since its ability to respond to the environment will increase. The human body is meant to adapt. The more we increase the solution space, the better we adapt and the better we move.
