90-90 Glute Stretch 3 directions

This 90-90 glute stretch targets the fascia around the glute. As always in each of the 3 positions, we want to breath in the down position to allow for maximal stretch of the tissues. By stretching in multiple directions, we begin to target as many lines of tissue as possible; sort of playing with the fascia. To make this most effective, we want to reach as you rotate in each direction.
