Psoas Stretch with Banded Distraction

This stretch is utilizing a method called distraction. By pulling the femur forward, we create more hip extension and the squeeze of the glute puts the icing on top. The raising of the hand up and over stretches the fascia on the front fascia (frontal line deep and superficial).
