TRX Superman
The TRX Superman is a very great exercise for the shoulders and core. As we flex the shoulder with the arms over the head, we require the extensors of the shoulder to work to slow the movement down. We also create strength throughout length since the shoulder extensors are being lengthened throughout the exercise. At elevate, we love this exercise because when done safely, it allows clients to have their arms away from their side of the body and functionally train their core.
