Shoulder Press
This exercise is great for the front shoulder muscle. We keep the elbows in front to allow for a more stable position for lifting the weight up and down. If the elbows were to flare out, it will be more difficult on the shoulder joint because we take the front shoulder muscle out of play. We love this exercise at elevate because it allows you to build strength in the shoulder and can even aid in the ability to jump higher and run faster because of arm swing.
