ADductor sliders on row machine

This exercise works the inner thigh musculature. It is used to reduce the risk of groin injury. When inner thigh musculature is working properly, we are able to engage the glutes better. We love this exercise at Elevate because it allows you to strengthen while lengthening. It is a very great exercise to use as an accessory on leg day.
