Split Squat Heel Elevated

This exercise is very good for the calf musculature and foot musculature. The calf muscles need to demonstrate isometric abilities to decrease the risk of achilles rupture and allow the body to absorb force efficiently. We love this at Elevate for the reason that it allows us to target intrinsic foot muscles that we usually miss out on.
