Bent Over Dumbbell Rows

This exercise is great for growing the Lats. The closer you keep the elbows to the body and the further you bring the elbows past the sides of your body, the more the Lat is active. Also, to keep the spine from moving, your intrinsic core must be active due to the dawing-in maneuver.
