Underhand Grip Pull up

This variation of the pull up is more bicep dominant and is a great tool to use when trying to grow those biceps since it is easily overloaded with bodyweight. We love this exercise at Elevate because it allows us to give load to the anterior (anterior) portion of the body and give the scapula more of a demand to protract in relation to the rib cage.
