Externally Rotated Shoulder Press

This exercise is a prehab exercise that we use to promote good posture and healthy shoulders. By externally rotating, we create eccentric-biased muscle action in the front chest area and concentric-biased muscle action in the back. We love this at Elevate because these are qualities that the upper body needs when posture is often labeled as “poor posture”.
