Lunge with Rotation Out

This exercise may is working on your cores ability to decelerate forces in a rotational manner. We love this exercise at Elevate because it works on your posterior oblique sling’s ability to slow down rotational movement. It allows for a more robust system as the focus is directed towards moving the hands with the weight to one side while the core activates subconsciously.
