Lunge with rotation in

This exercise is great for the core as it tests the anterior oblique sling’s ability to decelerate rotational force. This stretches the tissues that stem from the inner thigh all the way towards the contralateral (opposite) shoulder. The dissociation between the ribcage and hips allow for more variability in your system to share the forces.
