Osteoarticular Warm-up
This warm-up is an osteoarticular warmup. It helps to warm up the body by focusing on a variety of joint movements. These movements should be done gracefully and not forcefully. There are portions in this warm-up that involve balancing on one leg that are meant to demonstrate how the important the bottom of the foot is for balance. It ends with different movements of the spine to work the spinal cord and all the tissues that attach to the spine.
