Side Lying Oblique Crunch Level 1

This exercise works the Lateral Line of your body. Its postural function is to mediate forces between the Superficial Back Line and the Superficial Front Line thus creating stability in the trunk and legs. Movement wise, it allows acceleration and deceleration in side bending.
