Tibialis Anterior Raises (Toe Raises)

This exercise was taught to us by Freak Strength. The knee handles a lot of load and the first protection for the knee upon heel strike is the shin muscles. Strengthening this muscle may reduce knee pain and/or shin splints. We love this exercise at Elevate because it is performable by all levels. To make it more difficult you place the feet further from you.
