Zercher Squat

This exercise requires the load to be handled in front of you. This causes the erectors to be active and fight against gravity, while causing the diaphragm to be active to increase intraabdominal pressure to stabilize the spine. We love this exercise at Elevate because it reinforces core activation while a change of Center of mass occurs. This is key for athletes.
