Zercher Split Squat Heel Elevated

The heel elevated in this exercise just puts the icing on the cake. It allows for the intrinsic foot muscles to be strengthened. The load in the front of the body demands the intrinsic core to engage to stabilize the spine. We love this at Elevate because the it targets the distal tissue that are often neglected.
