Hamstring Stretch 3 directions
This Hamstring stretch requires a band to aid you. After wrapping the band on the foot, we ensure a deep hamstring stretch by squeezing the front thigh musculature (quadriceps) and point the toes towards the face. By doing so we get a deep stretch of the lower half of the Superficial Back Line. When we rotate side to side we influence a stretch in the spiral line as well. At elevate, we recommend breathing deeply through the nose in each position.
