Romanian Deadlift (RDL)

The Romanian Deadlift was named after a Romanian Olympic weightlifter Nicu Vlad. It is one of the most effective hamstring and glute exercises to exist. Far more effective at engaging the glutes and hamstrings than deadlifting , this exercise is a powerlifting staple.
