Side Lying Oblique Crunch Level 2

In this exercise, we activate the bottom leg adductors and top leg abductors. This is great for creating balance between the two opposing body movements. Not everything in life is straight down and back (sagittal plane) which is why this exercise is great to perform (frontal plane).
