RPR Glute wake up drill(s)

These Glute activation RPR wake up drills are meant to influence extension patterns throughout the body. When we are born, we must first lift our head to see the world. Then we must open our jaws for food. That is why we target those specific areas. The reason Elevate utilizes these exercises is because it allows the glutes to take the load when walking and doing daily activities. If the glutes are dormant, we see the low back muscles taking most of the load.
